OUR PRODUCTION

Our injection service, structured homogeneously by work kinds. We provide all the requested tools and machines needed for producing any kind of tool with an extended variety of technic plastics for satisfying the most demanding requirements from our customers.

Our machinery is constantly upgrading which locate us at the vanguard of technology in injection systems. Due to our production means, we can ensure the client the result of a product adjusting meticulously to their requirement.

The link between our machines and the Technical Department, allow us to speed up the process of transferring information, at the same time it give us versatility to optimize our resources needed for carrying out our injection. In this way we can cover every new appearance of a need.

The tooling garage is formed by a group of twelve. It extends over a plot of 800 m2 located just beside our injection plant. They count with:

  • Machines for electronic erosion by penetration
  • Machines for electronic erosion through wire
  • Digitalized Centres of mechanized
  • Smooth and Contour Rectifier
  • Milling cutter and potter’s wheel
  • Machine for testing and adjusting tool closing.
  • Out-force support for project design
